How to check in for your Telehealth Visit:

Once your Telehealth Visit has been scheduled, using your PC, Laptop, iPad, Smartphone, etc., log into Chrome/Firefox/Safari and then click on the link below for the Doctor your are scheduled with. Follow the prompts to enter the patients name, and you will be in the waiting room ready for the Doctor to see you.

Tips for a great Telehealth visit :

Be sure to log on 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Have your child with you in a well lit room that is quiet and free of as many distractions as possible. If we see your other children or pets that’s okay, we enjoy seeing                everyone to say Hi!

Things to have available, if possible: A thermometer, a flash light, a scale, and the name and location of your pharmacy.

It’s helpful to have a list of questions or concerns written down to ask.

Don’t be nervous to ask questions and to have your child do the same. We would love to see your child’s favorite toy or meet their pet. These things may help your child feel more comfortable with the visit.
